Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Philip Toomey, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kerry Group plc. Welcome to the 35th Annual General Meeting of the company, which is being conducted in unprecedented circumstances due to the restrictions in place to control the spread of COVID-19.
