So welcome, everybody. It's a pleasure for me to welcome you to our Investor and Analyst Day 2019 at MTU Maintenance Hannover. My name is Thomas Franz. A lot of you know myself, I'm Head of Investor Relations, and yes, don't want to lose more time to get started. I show you a quick look on what's coming up today for you.
To start, Reiner Winkler will give us an update on the market environment before Lars Wagner gives an overview from over technological development to actual chances and challenges. After that, there will be time for questions. And we take a -- after -- before we take a break for lunch.
The afternoon session will begin with Michael Schreyögg, showing -- providing an insight in our different markets and market approaches. Next, will be a view on selected financial topics and on our guidance for 2020, presented by Peter Kameritsch. Concluding the presentations, Reiner Winkler will give us an executive summary. After each of these 3 sections in the afternoon, we will have time for questions and answering.
