Thanks, Chris, and welcome, everyone. Thanks for joining us on the call today. With me on the call, I have our CEO, Bob van Dijk; and our CFO, Vasileios Sgourdos. They're going to take us through the key highlights for the year and then the proposal to eliminate the cross holding.
