Well, thank you very much, Brandon, for the introduction, and thank you, everybody, for your interest in attending the presentation today. I'll guide you to the forward-looking cautionary statements and ask you to review them when you have a moment.
Palladium One is the exploration and development company targetting large-scale PGE copper and nickel deposits in Tier 1 jurisdictions. Our flagship project is the Läntinen Koillismaa or LK project in North Central Finland and it's palladium dominant. And some of the key value propositions for the company, and we'll get into greater detail as we shift through the presentation, but they're outlined on this slide. And palladium, as you may know, is the most precious of the four major precious metals. It's currently trading at approximately $2,200 per ounce and has more than doubled in the last two years, making it more valuable than gold.
