Well, good morning, and welcome to everybody. As anticipated, the year to January 2019 was extremely challenging for ourselves and for other high street retailers, as we continued to experience a structural change in the business. The biggest structural change on the revenue side is the move of our sales from our stores to our online business.
On the other hand, on the cost side, we are seeing both a reduction in lease costs and the terms of our leases. With respect to capital investment, you'll see that we continue to invest heavily in our warehousing and logistics to support our growing online business. Cash flow remained strong, and we returned GBP 540 million to our shareholders through a combination of ordinary dividends and share
