Well, good morning, everyone, and welcome to Pandora's Annual General Meeting 2023. My name is Peter Ruzicka, and I am Chair of Pandora since 1st of January 2020. After hosting a virtual AGM last year, I'm very happy to see everyone in person here today. As a reminder, the Annual General Meeting today will be held in English, and that is provided for by our Articles of Association. But as a service to our shareholders, there will be a simultaneous interpretation to or from Danish during this meeting.
