Thank you, Rosy, and good morning, everybody, and welcome to Premier Foods Full Year Results for the 52 weeks ending the 28th of March, 2020.
For those of you that don't know me, my name is Alex Whitehouse, and I'm also joined here today by Duncan Leggett, our CFO. So I'm going to kick off by running through some of the overview slides, and then I'll hand over to Duncan, and he'll take you through the numbers, and then I'll pick up again on strategy and on outlook.
So last year for us was a year of considerable progress. Our U.K. business continued to perform really strongly. It grew well throughout the year and has therefore now reached 11 consecutive quarters of growth. We've reduced our net debt by GBP 62 million, which brings us to a net debt-to-EBITDA ratio of 2.7x, which was notably ahead of the 3x target that we've set for the last financial year.
