[Interpreted] Ladies and gentlemen, I'm Wout Dekker, Chairman of the Supervisory Board. I am pleased to open the Annual General Meeting of shareholders. And I'm pleased to welcome those attending the meeting online.
This meeting is formally conducted at the Randstad head office in Diemen, and present on behalf of the Executive Board are our CEO, Jacques van den Broek; Henry Schirmer, CFO; and on behalf of the Supervisory Board, in addition to myself; Frank Dorjee, Chair of the Audit Committee; Annet Aris, Chair of the Remuneration Committee, will attend via a video link as well. We also have present here Bas Savert from Deloitte audit firm. Agenda item 2c, adoption of the 2020 financial statements. He will be happy to answer questions about the statement -- to the financial statements. Prior to that, he will briefly elaborate on the annual audit and the auditor's opinion.
