Hello, everyone, and thank you for joining us today. We are very excited to be at this point. We have closed the Stanley acquisition, and we are ready now to talk about how we are shaping the new Securitas, a company which is more focused on technology and solutions, stronger client offering and focused on creating increased shareholder value.
And we are looking at the day-to-day a little bit like a mini version of a Capital Markets Day. But I'm very glad to be here today live from Stockholm together with our CFO, Andreas Lindback; and also joining us from the U.S., Tony Byerly, who is President of Securitas Technology.
But it's been now a few years since we had the last Capital Markets Day. That was at the beginning of December in 2019, just a few weeks before the start of the pandemic.
