Now it is time to start. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I am Masayoshi Son, Chairman and CEO of SoftBank Group Corp. I would like to thank you all for joining the meeting today. I would also like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for your constant support to the company. With your permission, I will Chair this meeting pursuant to the provision of Article 13 of the Articles of Incorporation. Now I will call the 40th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of SoftBank Group Corp. to order.
Today, we hold this meeting with appropriate measures in place to prevent spread of the new coronavirus and to minimize risks of infection. While asking our shareholders to kindly refraining from coming to the venue of the meeting, we have set up a dedicated website where you can exercise your voting rights or posting questions online. We are thankful that many of shareholders are indeed joining us remotely today.
