Good morning, and welcome to the Annual Special Meeting of Unitholders of Slate Office REIT. My name is Tom Farley, and I'm the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Slate Office REIT.
I have on the line Steve Hodgson, Chief Executive Officer of the REIT; Michael Sheehan, Chief Financial Officer of the REIT; and Lindsay Stiles, Chief Operating Officer of the REIT. For those who are unitholders, thank you for joining us today, and we also welcome other guests in attendance.
We decided to hold this annual and special meeting of unitholders in an all-virtual format out of an abundance of caution to proactively deal with the public health impact of the COVID-19 outbreak and to mitigate the risk to the health and safety of our communities, unitholders, employees and other stakeholders.
