Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Sa Sa's investors presentation for the year ended 31st March 2022. For the year ended 31st March 2022, the group's turnover increased by 12% to HKD 3.41 billion and recorded a loss of HKD 340 million. The loss would have narrowed by 42% if nonrecurring items, such as store impairments, government subsidies and rental concessions are excluded. This is attributable to our loss reduction at the group's operations in the core markets of the Hong Kong and Macau SARs.
