Good morning. (foreign language) Kate Lehman. I'm Chair of the Board of Stella-Jones, and I would like to welcome you to our Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. After a number of years being solely virtual, it's really a pleasure to have people again in the room, in person. And of course, we welcome you who are joining us online.
I'd like to begin by introducing the members of the Stella-Jones senior management team who are with us here today. You'll have the opportunity to hear from some of them later on during our meeting, and they'll be taking questions at the end of their presentations. First, we have Eric Vachon, President and Chief Executive Officer. Joining Eric is Silvana Travaglini, Stella-Jones's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; as well as Marla Eichenbaum, Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. I also wish to welcome the nonexecutive members of our Board of Directors who are here today in person. And I'd love for them to stand when I call their names, Robert Coallier, Anne E.
