Thank you, Emma, and good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to Software AG's analyst call and webcast following the release of an ad hoc disclosure yesterday evening. Software AG has announced that it entered into an agreement to acquire the shares of StreamSets. In today's call, Software AG's management will share more details on the transaction. The call will start with a presentation from our CEO, Sanjay Brahmawar; followed by our CFO, Dr. Matthias Heiden, to provide an overview of the acquisition, before taking questions.
