Ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon, and welcome to the Annual Meeting of the Shareholders of Superior Plus Corp. I'm David Smith. And as Chair of the Board of Directors of Superior Plus, it is my responsibility and privilege to act as chair of this Annual General Meeting.
Let me welcome all of you to the meeting and thank you for your interest in the affairs of Superior Plus. This meeting is being live webcast, and I would also like to welcome our online listeners.
