Thank you, Mirella. Good morning, everybody, and thank you for joining us. And as you've heard, as usual, I'm joined by our CFO, Alan Stewart.
Hope that you've had a chance by now to review our press release. We try to keep it really simple and focused on the key drivers of our sales performance, given that it's a course of the trading update.
With that in mind, I'm pleased to report that Q1 has been a good start for the year in a subdued market. I say subdued for several reasons. You'll be familiar already with some of the challenges in terms of the consumer sentiment but also because of the weather and other events like last year's Royal wedding.
