Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to the TUI AG conference call regarding the TUI ad hoc announcement after 737 MAX grounding, update on guidance of underlying EBITA rebased for fiscal year '19. (Operator Instructions)

Thank you very much, and very welcome to our -- today's investor call. With me, I have in different locations Peter Krueger as well as David Burling and Kenton Jarvis. David Burling is the Executive Board Member of our company, responsible for Markets & Airlines; and Kenton Jarvis is the CEO of our Airlines group wide.
