Thanks very much, and good afternoon to everybody on the call. I have, as usual, our CFO, Paul Lewis, with me. And what we'd like to do is just quickly run through the news of today and then open it up for some questions.
Obviously, we're extremely pleased to welcome Woolworths to Moorebank. This has been a project that's been at least 3 years in the making for both Woolworths and ourselves. And as I said, we're extremely pleased with the announcement today. And in fact, exchanging binding agreements, 2 lease agreements and 2 development management agreements with Woolworths covering 2 facilities, as you probably have all read, the national distribution center and a regional distribution center in the Woolworths language.
