DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc. (DWA, Financial), a company founded by CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg, Steven Spielberg and David Geffen, is a leading developer and producer of animated films, TV shows and home entertainment. We have invested in and analyzed character-based businesses in the past (Marvel Entertainment, Pixar Animation Studios), and believe the market is undervaluing DreamWorks' content and character library, as well as its opportunity to significantly expand its high-margin consumer licensing business.
