Well, welcome, everyone. Delighted to see so many of you here today. Some of you are fairly new to Jupiter. Some of you have been following us for a long time. For all of you, I just hope this is a real interesting and useful afternoon. Obviously since I joined there's been a lot going on. Most recently we announced that Nichola Pease is joining as Chairman and today you get to hear from four of our new [ex co] leadership team for a chance for you to hear from them directly.
You will hear from Phil Wagstaff, Global Head of Distribution, and Wayne Mepham, the new CFO, who between them have only one year of experience here at Jupiter. And they're matched by two people who have been with Jupiter a long time: Stephen Pearson, the Chief Investment Officer, and Paula Moore, our Chief Operating Officer, have over 40 years of Jupiter experience between them. So, I think this blend of long serving and fresh eyes gives us a good balance of perspectives.
