Good morning, everyone. Welcome to (inaudible) half year. I think I know most of you, but those that don't, I'm Mike Edwards and now CEO of the Group; and Ben here is CFO, and we'll be taking you through the results today. I think a bit of housekeeping, first of all. Simon Burke, our chairman, would normally be here, but he's had a (inaudible). So he's left it in our capable hands, which is all good from our perspective, but I just wanted to let you know that he sends his best wishes.
So I think in terms of the agenda, I want to kick off and just give some headlines, key messages from today, hand over to Ben, who will bring some color to the numbers. And then I'll sort of round off in terms of performance by region in a bit more detail and outlook. And clearly, at the end, probably the bit that you guys look forward to the most is the Q&A. I'm Looking at Charles there.
