Zillow, Inc. (Z, Financial) operates an online real estate information marketplace. The company, through its website, zillow.com, and mobile applications, provides information about homes, real estate listings, and mortgages. It also enables homeowners, buyers, sellers, and renters to connect with real estate and mortgage professionals. Zillow addresses a large and fragmented market, consisting of more than $20 billion dollars that is spent on real estate related advertising each year in the U.S. Zillow's proven management team includes its Chairman, Rich Barton, the founder of Expedia, and the company's CEO, Spencer Rascoff, was previously a co-founder of Hotwire.
