Charlie certainly has much more than 130mil invested. Why is Cosco and BYD not listed?

This is the portfolio of DJCO and not Charlie Munger (Trades, Portfolio)'s personal holdings.

Charlie is on the board of DJCO and pricked some or all of these stocks. He is also on the board of Berkshire Hathaway but Berkshire's holdings aren't listed here either.

DJCO may hold some BYD but they haven' t disclosed this. As for Costco, I don't think DJCO owns those shares at all. Munger does in his personal portfolio though.

hope this helps.

For what i ve understand this is the portfolio of DJCO , of wich Munger is the chairman .

Is not the personal portfolio of mr Munger .

In the personal portfolio of mr Munger there are , for what i remember : brk , costco , djco , byd and a bunch of other asian security ...

" Munger: Most of the Munger money – I don’t count the Daily Journal, it’s just a little asterisk (laughter) — is in Berkshire Hathaway, Costco (ticker: COST), and an Asian fund. Now, you could go to the rest of finance, they think they know how to handle money, and they’d say it’s totally unthinkable, Munger doesn’t know what the hell he’s doing. Doesn’t fit our models. But I’m right and they’re wrong."
