Kyle Bass (Trades, Portfolio) nailed the housing bubble in the United States. Now he sees one in Canada.
As evidence he refers to the fact that median Canadian housing prices are 9 times median income where the peak in the United States in 2007 was only 7 times.
Bass thinks Canadian housing prices are completely unsustainable.
The trigger to a potential collapse would be a slow down in China.
