Non-GAAP net loss were of $ (6.8) million, as compared to a non-GAAP net loss of $ (5.1) million in the same period one year ago. The company’s total paid seats increased to 225,963, a 23% increase over the total paid seats one year ago and a 6% increase over total paid in seats at the end of the prior quarter. Cash flow used in operations in the first quarter was $2.8 million. Cash and cash equivalents at April 30, 2014, excluding restricted cash, were $85.7 million. Positive Outlook

For the second quarter of fiscal year 2015, Rally expects its total revenue in the range of $20.2 to $20.8 million, or 2% to 5% growth over the same period one year ago, and for fiscal year 2015 expected total revenue is in the range of $87.0 to $90.0 million, or 17% to 21% growth over the prior fiscal year.
