What is the going rate for a lunch with Warren Buffett (Trades, Portfolio)? How about $2.3 million!

Warren, in town for his annual charitable lunch for the Glide Foundation, sits down to discuss his current view of the market.

There has been considerable turmoil in the markets of late, and Buffett doesn't think he would raise interest rates at this stage.

With respect to the Fed, Buffett says he has great admiration for how it managed the economy through the panic of 2008.
