Guru John Linehan has been managing the T Rowe Price Equity Income Fund (Trades, Portfolio) since November 2015. Linehan is a Stamford College graduate.

Before Linehan took over managing the fund, Brian Rogers managed the fund since its inception in 1985. Rogers netted a very healthy 10.69% return for the fund in the 30 years that he managed the fund.

In the first quarter, Linehan reduced his position in T.E. Connectivity Ltd. (TEL, Financial).

TE Connectivity designs and manufactures products to connect power, data and signal in various industries including automotive, energy, industrial, broadband communications, healthcare, and aerospace and defense. The company provides connectors for electric cars, solar panels, wearable fitness trackers, appliances, sensors, antennas and other products to help to make a cleaner future that improves the environment.

TE Connectivity has a market cap of $21.6 billion, an enterprise value of $24.33 billion, a P/E ratio of 11.47 and a P/B ratio of 3.02.

TE Connectivity has two medium warning signs according to GuruFocus. The P/B ratio is close to a 10-year high at 3.06. The company also continues to issue long-term debt. During the previous three years, the company has issued $755 million dollars of long term debt, which is a noteworthy sign for investors.

Below is a Peter Lynch Chart for TE Connectivity.

It is possible that Linehan reduced his stake in TE Connectivity because the company has reported a decrease in revenue and profit in 2015 compared to their 2014 financial results. The company revenues are down $1.679 billion from the previous year and profits are down $655 million from 2014 results. The company has also been issuing new debt, which may have been another influencing factor in Linehan's decision to decrease his stake in TE Connectivity Ltd.

Cheers to your investment success.
