On March 27, Macy's Inc. announced an agreement with G-III Apparel Group Ltd. under which Macy’s will serve beginning February 2018 as the exclusive U.S. department store for sales of KDNY women’s apparel and accessories. Under the agreement, Macy’s exclusivity covers DKNY women’s apparel, handbags, shoes, outerwear and swim. The two companies will also work closely on brand extensions and exclusive products.
