National Grid PLC (NGG, Financial), Korea Electric Power Corp. (KEP, Financial), Campbell Soup Co. (CPB, Financial) and Acadia Realty Trust (AKR, Financial) have declined to their three-year lows.

National Grid PLC (NGG, Financial) declined to $57.58

The prices of National Grid PLC (NGG, Financial) shares have declined to $57.58 on Jan. 12, which is only 1.6% above the three-year low of $56.63.

National Grid PLC is a British international electricity and gas utility company. Its main activities are in the United Kingdom and Northeastern United States. The company had a market capitalization of £40.4 billion in 2016. The company is also a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index.

Korea Electric Power Corp. is the largest electric utility company in South Korea, responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity and the development of electric power projects in fields such as nuclear power, wind power and coal power. Furthermore, the company is responsible for 93% of South Korea’s electricity generation.

On Dec. 11, 2017, Korea Electric Power Corp. announced that President and CEO Hwan Eik Cho resigned after serving in the positions since December of 2012. Si Ho Kim, the current executive VP of domestic operations, will serve as the interim President and CEO until a successor is determined.

Campbell Soup Co. (CPB, Financial) declined to $45.51

Campbell Soup Co. is an American international producer of canned soups and related products. The company’s products are sold in 120 countries. The company is divided into three divisions: the simple meals division, the baked snacks division, which consists of Pepperidge Farm and the health beverage division, which includes V8 juices.

Campbell Soup Co. has a market cap of $13.68 billion; its shares were traded around $45.51 with a P/E ratio of 15.92 and P/S ratio of 1.76. The trailing 12-month dividend yield of Campbell Soup Co. stocks is 3.07%. The forward dividend yield of Campbell Soup Co. stocks is 3.06%. On Dec. 18, 2017, Campbell Soup Co. announced that it has entered into an agreement with Snyder’s-Lance for Campbell to acquire Snyder’s-Lance for $50.0 per share in an all-cash transaction. The acquisition will enable Campbell to expand its portfolio of leading snacking brands.

Acadia Realty Trust (AKR, Financial) declined to $25.39

The prices of Acadia Realty Trust (AKR, Financial) shares have declined to $25.39 on Jan. 12, which is only 0.2% above the three-year low of $25.35.

Acadia Realty Trust is an American equity real estate investment trust that focuses on delivering growth via both its core and fund operating platforms. The company has a concentration of assets in important urban and street-retail corridors such as those in New York, San Francisco, Chicago, Washington D.C. and Boston.

Acadia Realty Trust has a market cap of $2.13 billion; its shares were traded around $25.39 with a P/E ratio of 36.34 and P/S ratio of 8.92. The trailing 12-month dividend yield of Acadia Realty Trust stocks is 4.13%. The forward dividend yield of Acadia Realty Trust stocks is 4.20%. Acadia Realty Trust had an annual average earnings growth of 1.00% over the past 10 years.

On Nov. 8 Acadia Realty Trust announced that its Board of Trustees has declared a cash dividend of $0.27 per common share payable on Jan. 12, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 29, 2017. This is an increase of 3.8% compared to prior quarter’s cash dividend of $0.26 per share.
