Orezone Grants Stock Options

OTTAWA, Feb. 22, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Orezone Gold Corporation (TSXV:ORE, Financial) (“Orezone” or the “Company”) announces that it has granted stock options for a total of 4,065,000 common shares of the Company to directors, officers and employees of the Company. These stock options are exercisable at C$0.53 per common share and will expire on February 21, 2024. These stock options are governed by the terms and conditions of the Company’s stock option plan.
