Bob Doll, vice chairman and chief investment officer for global equities at BlackRock Inc., and David Rosenberg, chief economist at Gluskin Sheff & Associates Inc., talk with Bloomberg's Margaret Brennan and Richard Yamarone about the outlook for the U.S. economy, job growth and housing market.

Rosenberg is on the bearish side. Recovery is behind the normal recovery in terms of timeline, unemployment is high and jobs are hard to get by, and housing market is turning down again.

Bob Doll, on the other hand, see hope in job creation as temporary hiring, hours worked and productivity are amending.

What it takes for the companies to hire? It takes more business to be done and animal spirits of the companies will take care of that, according to Bob Doll.
