Anchor BanCorp Wisconsin Inc. is incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware in 1992. The Company is a saving and holding company. The Company offers financial services through the Bank. The Bank offers financial services through 54 full-service banking offices throughout its market area, which it define as the greater Madison, Fox Valley and suburban Milwaukee regions of Wisconsin. Its commercial banking services include cash management, working capital lines of credit, term loans for fixed asset acquisitions, commercial mortgages, other forms of asset-based financing, construction and multi-family mortgage loans, commercial real estate and commercial loans. It also offers consumer banking services, including residential mortgage loans, consumer loans, checking and savings accounts, money market and interest-bearing checking accounts, certificates of deposit, and individual retirement accounts. The Bank's market area is concentrated in Wisconsin's greater Madison, Fox Valley and suburban Milwaukee regions. The Company and its subsidiary also are subject to the regulations of certain federal and state agencies and undergo periodic examinations by those regulatory authorities.
