Agree Realty Corp a Maryland corporation incorporated in December 1993. The Company is engaged in fully-integrated, self-administered and self-managed REIT. It has completed its initial public offering in 1994. It is focused on the ownership, development, acquisition and management of retail properties net leased to national tenants. Its properties are designed and built to require minimal capital improvements other than renovations or expansions paid for by tenants. Its portfolio consisted of 130 properties, located in 33 states, containing an aggregate of approximately 3.7 million square feet of gross leasable area. The Company competes with many other entities engaged in the development, acquisition and operation of commercial properties. The Company is in compliance, in all material respects, with all federal, state and local ordinances and regulations regarding hazardous or toxic substances.
