Business Description

Agree Realty Corporation, a Maryland corporation, is a fully-integrated, self-administered and self-managed REIT. It was incorporated in December 1993. It is focused primarily on the ownership, development, acquisition and management of single tenant retail properties net leased to national tenants. The Company is focused on the development and acquisition of single tenant net lease retail properties throughout the United States. The Company's growing portfolio of retailers consists of 87 assets in 23 states, containing approximately 3.4 million square feet. The Company's innovative development and acquisition strategies, adaptive real estate technology, and extensive capabilities are relied upon by its partners, including Walgreens, McDonalds, JP Morgan Chase, PNC and Wawa.
