Audience Inc was founded in July 2000. It is a provider of voice and audio solutions that improve voice quality and the user experience in mobile devices. It has collaborations with auditory neuroscientists to understand the human auditory system and have developed purpose-built processors that combine science and technology to function like human hearing. Its low power, hardware-accelerated digital signal processors or DSPs and associated algorithms substantially improve sound quality and suppress noise in mobile devices.
