CCL Industries Inc is a specialty packaging company. It provides solutions to the Home & Personal Care, Premium Food & Beverage, Healthcare & Specialty, Automotive & Durables and Consumer markets. Its segments include CCL Label, CCL Container and Avery.

CCL Industries Inc domiciled in Canada was incorporated on December 31, 1983. The company is a specialty packaging company. The three segments it operates in include; label, avery and container. The CCL label segment converts pressure sensitive and extruded film materials for decorative, instructional and functional applications for its customers in the consumer packaging, healthcare, automotive and consumer durable segments. The avery segment provides software solutions that help small businesses and consumers design online or download templates to digitally print labels, tags, dividers, badges and specialty card products from avery.com. Its products are sold through distributors, mass market and specialty retailers alongside complementary office supplies. CCL Container segment with plants in Canada, United States and Mexico, manufactures sustainable, impact extruded, aluminum aerosol containers and bottles for premium brands in the North American home and personal care and food and beverage markets. The Company is subject to numerous federal, provincial, state and municipal statutes, regulations, by-laws, guidelines and policies, as well as permits and other approvals related to the protection of the environment and workers' health and safety.
