Copa Holdings SA provides airline passenger and cargo service through our two principal operating subsidiaries, Copa Airlines and Copa Colombia.

Copa Holdings SA was incorporated according to the laws of the Republic of Panama on May 6, 1988. The Company is engaged in investing in airlines and aviation-related companies. The Company through its subsidiaries offers international air transportation for passengers, cargo and mail, operating from its Panama City hub in the Republic of Panama; and domestic and international air transportation for passengers, cargo and mail with a point-to-point route network through Copa Colombia a Colombian air carrier. The Company offers approximately 360 daily scheduled flights among 73 destinations in 31 countries in North, Central and South America and the Caribbean, from its Panama City Hub. Additionally, the Company provides passengers with access to flights to approximately more than 180 international destinations through codeshare agreements. The Company operates a fleet of approximately 100 aircraft with an average age of 6.24 years; consisting of 63 Boeing 737-800 Next Generation aircraft, 14 Boeing 737-700 Next Generation aircraft and 23 Embraer E190 aircraft. The Company operates in geographical segments including North America, Panama, Brazil, Central America and Caribbean, Colombia, Venezuela and Others South America. The Company competes with other airlines that serve the routes on which it operates, including Avianca-Taca, American Airlines, Delta Airlines, AeroMexico LATAM Group and Viva Colombia. Its operations are covered by various local, national, and international environmental regulations.
