Citrix Systems Inc was incorporated in Delaware on April 17, 1989. The Company is engaged in virtualization, networking and cloud infrastructure. Its solutions help IT and service providers to build, manage and secure virtual and mobile workspaces that seamlessly deliver apps, desktops, data and services to virtually anyone, on any device, over any network or cloud. Citrix markets and licenses its products directly to customers, over the Web, and through systems integrators (SIs), in addition to indirectly through value-added resellers (VARs), value-added distributors (VADs), original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), and service providers. The Enterprise and Service Provider division and the Mobility Apps division constitute the Company's two reportable segments. The Enterprise and Service Provider division is comprised of Workspace Services solutions, Delivery Networking products and related license updates and maintenance, support and professional services. The Mobility Apps division is comprised of Communications Cloud, Documents Cloud and Workflow Cloud products. The Company is subject to governmental laws and regulations.
