DDR Corp is a self-administered and self-managed REIT operating as a fully integrated real estate company. It owns and manages approximately 413 value-oriented shopping centers representing 118.1 million square feet in 41 states and Puerto Rico.

DDR Corp is an Ohio corporation, which was incorporated in 1992. The Company is a self-administered and self-managed REIT, engaged in acquiring, owning, developing, redeveloping, leasing and managing shopping centers. The Company is also engaged in the origination and acquisition of loans and debt securities collateralized directly or indirectly by shopping centers. The Company has operating segments: shopping centers & loan investments. The portfolio of properties includes approximately 352 shopping centers located in 37 states as well as Puerto Rico. The Company's shopping centers are designed to attract local area customers and are typically anchored by two or more national tenant anchors. The Company is required to operate its properties in compliance with certain laws and governmental rules and regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, fire and safety regulations, building codes and other land use regulations, as currently in effect or as it may be enacted or adopted and become applicable to the properties, from time to time.
