Darden Restaurants Inc owns and operates dining restaurants. Some of its trade names are Red Lobster, Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, Bahama Breeze, Seasons 52, Eddie V's Prime Seafood, Wildfish Seafood Grille and Yard House.

Darden is one of the largest players in the $170 billion U.S. casual dining industry. Olive Garden (842 units) and LongHorn (485) are its core brands, while the smaller, faster-growing Specialty Restaurant Group is made up of Yard House (65), Capital Grille (56), Seasons 52 (40), Bahama Breeze (36), and Eddie V's (17). In November 2015, the company spun off selected real estate and restaurant assets into Four Corners Property Trust. Additionally, management continues to evaluate its portfolio for other real estate properties and SRG brands.
