Enterprise Financial Services Corporation, formerly known as Enterbank Holdings Inc., was incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware on December 30, 1994. It is a financial holding company. The Company offers banking and wealth management services to individuals and business customers located in the St. Louis, Kansas City and Phoenix metropolitan markets. The Company operates in two segments; Banking and Wealth Management. Its Banking segment offers a range of business and personal banking services. Lending services include commercial and industrial, commercial real estate, real estate construction and development, residential real estate, and consumer loans. The Wealth Management segment includes the Company's trust operations and Federal and Missouri State tax credit brokerage activities. Enterprise Trust, a division of the Company provides financial planning, estate planning, investment management and trust services to businesses, individuals, institutions, retirement plans and non-profit organizations. Enterprise Trust offers a range of fiduciary, investment management and financial advisory services. It also offers a range of Treasury Management products and services that benefit businesses ranging from large national clients to the smallest local merchants. It has six banking facilities in the St. Louis metropolitan area, eight banking facilities in the Kansas City market, and two banking facilities in the Phoenix metropolitan area. The Company competes with credit unions, thrifts, investment managers, brokerage firms, and other providers of financial services and products. The Company's operations is subject to extensive regulation by federal, state and local governmental authorities and are subject to various laws and judicial and administrative decisions imposing requirements and restrictions on part or all of its operations.
