Enterprise Financial Services Corporation is a financial holding company providing a range of banking and wealth management services to individuals and business customers through its banking subsidiary, Enterprise Bank and Trust. The Company's operations offers banking and wealth management services to individuals and business customers located in the St. Louis, Kansas City and Phoenix metropolitan markets. Its banking segment offers a broad range of business and personal banking services. Lending services include commercial and industrial, commercial real estate, real estate construction and development, residential real estate, and consumer loans. The wealth management segment includes the Company's trust operations and Missouri state tax credit brokerage activities. Enterprise Trust, a division of the Bank provides financial planning, advisory, private banking, investment management and trust services to businesses, individuals, institutions and non-profit organizations. Services for businesses and institutions include investment management, retirement plans and management succession planning. Personal services include investment management, trust administration, estate planning, financial planning and retirement planning services. Enterprise Trust offers a wide range of fiduciary, investment management and financial advisory services. It employed attorneys, certified financial planners, estate planning professionals and other investment professionals. Enterprise Trust representatives assist clients in defining lifetime goals and designing plans to achieve them, consistent with the Company's long-term relationship strategy. The Company competes with credit unions, thrifts, investment managers, brokerage firms, and other providers of financial services and products. The Company's operations are subject to extensive regulation by federal, state and local governmental authorities and are subject to various laws and judicial and administrative decisions imposing requirements and restrictions on part or all of its operations.
