Emmis Communications Corp is a diversified media company engaged in radio broadcasting. The Company operates in two business segments: Radio and Publishing. It owns 18 FM and 3 AM radio stations in New York, Los Angeles, St. Louis, Austin, Indianapolis and Terre Haute, IN and operates two additional stations in New York. In addition to the other radio broadcasting operations, it owns and operates Network Indiana, a radio network that provides news and other programming to 90 affiliated radio stations in Indiana.
