The Company either own or have a license to use the 'Hooters' mark and certain other service marks and trademarks used in its Hooters restaurants. The Company is subject to numerous federal, state and local governmental regulations, including those relating to the preparation and sale of food and alcoholic beverages, sanitation, public health, fire codes, zoning, and building requirements.
