LogMeIn Inc provides cloud-based services making it possible for people and businesses to simply and securely connect to their workplace, colleagues and customers. Its products include LogMeIn Backup, LogMeIn Hamachi, AppGuru, BoldChat and Cubby.

LogMeIn Inc was originally incorporated as a Bermuda limited liability Company in February 2003 as 3am Labs Ltd. In August 2004, it completed a domestication in the State of Delaware under the name 3am Labs, Inc. It changed its name to LogMeIn, Inc. in March 2006. The Company provides a portfolio of cloud-based service offerings which make it possible for people and businesses to simply and securely connect to their workplace, colleagues and customers. The Company offers both free and fee-based, or premium, services. The Company's cloud-based connectivity services allow users to work remotely, use a mix of personal and employer-procured technology for work purposes, secure online or cloud-based services, support and manage remote computers and other Internet-enabled devices and collaborate with other users. The Company's cloud-based services are categorized into four business lines including collaboration services designed to make it easy for users to interact with and access the computers, devices, data and people that make up their digital world, and individual services include join.me, join.me pro and join.me enterprise, & LogMeIn Pro; service and support products are used by external customer service and support organizations, online retail and web-based businesses, as well as IT outsourcers and internal IT departments to deliver online, cloud-based service and support to customers and their Internet-enabled devices, its services include LogMeIn Rescue, Rescue Lens and LogMeIn Rescue+Mobile, and BoldChat; identity and access management services are used by individuals, line-of-business teams, security professionals, as well as internal and external IT professionals to manage and secure passwords, remote computers and other Internet-enabled devices and internet applications, as well as to automate common IT tasks, its services include LogMeIn Central and LastPass; and connected product business is comprised solely of Xively its Internet of Things cloud platform and connected product management solution. The Company's additional service offerings include AppGuru, LogMeIn Backup, Cubby Basic, Cubby Pro and Cubby Enterprise, LogMeIn Hamachi, Meldium, and RemotelyAnywhere. The Company faces competition from competitors' including dobe, AgileBits, Apple, Ayla Networks, BlueJeans Networks, Box, Dashlane, Dropbox, GFI, Google, IBM, KeePass, LivePerson, Microsoft, OKTA, Oracle, PTC, Splashtop, TeamViewer and Zoom Video Communications.
