The midstream and marketing segment provides Laredo's exploration and production segment and certain third parties with products and services that need to be delivered by midstream infrastructure, including oil and natural gas gathering services as well as rig fuel, natural gas lift and water in and around Laredo's primary production corridors, water takeaway in and around Laredo's primary production corridors, and oil and natural gas takeaway optionality in the field. The Company's oil and natural gas exploration, production and related operations are subject to extensive federal and state laws, rules and regulations.
