National Bank Holdings Corp is a bank holding company that was incorporated in the State of Delaware in June 2009. Its operations are conducted through its wholly owned subsidiary, NBH Bank, N.A., through which it provides a variety of banking products to both commercial and consumer clients. It service its clients through a network of 97 banking centers, with the majority of banking centers located in the greater Kansas City area and Colorado, and through online and mobile banking products. Through its subsidiary NBH Bank, N.A., it offers a full range of traditional banking products and financial services to both commercial and consumer clients, who are predominantly located in Kansas, Missouri, Colorado and Texas. It offer lending products to cater to clients' needs, including small business loans, equipment loans, term loans, asset-backed loans, letters of credit, commercial lines of credit, commercial real estate loans, residential mortgage loans, home equity and consumer loans. It also offer traditional depository products, including commercial and consumer checking accounts, non-interest-bearing demand accounts, money market deposit accounts, savings accounts and time deposit accounts and treasury management services. Its loan portfolio includes commercial and industrial loans, commercial real estate loans, residential real estate loans, agricultural loans and consumer loans. The Company faces competition from other financial institutions and financial services providers.
