The Company operates in three segments including Broadcasting German-speaking, Digital & Adjacent and Content Production & Global Sales. The Broadcasting German-speaking segment is engaged in advertising-funded free TV. It also operates its own HD and basic pay TV stations. The Digital & Adjacent segment includes online video and online games including music, live entertainment, events, ticketing and artist management.
