Pacific Premier Bancorp, Inc., is a Delaware company organized in 1997, is a California-based bank holding company for Pacific Premier Bank. The Company offers deposit products and services for both business and consumer customers, including checking, money market and savings accounts, cash management services, electronic banking and on-line bill payment. It also offers loan products, such as commercial business loans, lines of credit, commercial real estate loans, U.S. Small Business Administration loans, residential home loans, home equity lines of credit and consumer loans. The Company accept deposits from the general public and invest those deposits, together with funds generated from operations and borrowings, primarily in real estate property loans and business loans. The Company conducts business throughout Southern California from its several locations in the counties of Orange and San Bernardino. It operates depository branches in the cities of Huntington Beach, Los Alamitos, Newport Beach, San Bernardino, Seal Beach, and Costa Mesa, California. The Company's lending activities include Multi-family Real Estate Lending, Commercial Non-Owner Occupied Real Estate Lending, One-to-Four Family Real Estate Lending, Commercial Owner Occupied Business Lending, Commercial and Industrial Lending, Warehouse Repurchase Facilities and SBA Lending. The Company's competitors include commercial banks, savings banks, credit unions, and numerous non-banking institutions, such as finance companies, leasing companies, insurance companies, brokerage firms and investment banking firms. The Bank is subject to examination and regulation by the Federal Reserve, the California Department of Financial Institutions and by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
