Resolute Energy Corp, a Delaware corporation incorporated on July 28, 2009. It is an independent oil and gas company engaged in the exploitation, development, exploration for and acquisition of oil and gas properties. Its asset base is comprised of properties in Aneth Field located in the Paradox Basin in southeast Utah, the Permian Basin in Texas and southeast New Mexico, the Williston Basin in North Dakota and the Big Horn and Powder River Basins in Wyoming. The Company's operation are subject to various stringent and complex federal, tribal, state and local laws and regulations governing environmental protection, including the discharge of materials into the environment, and protection of human health and safety.
