It is a luxury brand in the home furnishings marketplace offering furniture, lighting, textiles, bathware, decor, outdoor and garden, as well as baby & child products. As of February 2, 2013, it operated a total of 71 retail stores, consisting of 65 Galleries, 3 Full Line Design Galleries and 3 Baby & Child Galleries, as well as 13 outlet stores throughout the United States and Canada. It operates three distinct store types: Full Line Design Gallery format; Gallery format and Baby & Child Gallery format. It employs a variety of marketing and advertising vehicles to drive customer traffic across all its channels. These include targeted catalog circulation, promotional mailings, email communications, online and print advertisements and public relations activities.
