Business Description

Steiner Leisure Limited is a worldwide provider of spa services and products. The company also develops and markets beauty products, which are sold at its facilities, and through third party retail outlets and other channels, and operate post-secondary schools offering massage therapy and related courses. Steiner Leisure serves about 130 cruise ships representing 18 cruise lines, and operates about 50 resort spas and two day spas. The company provides its shipboard services in treatment and fitness facilities located on cruise ships. On most new ships, its services are provided in spa facilities. Steiner Leisure's services include massages, facials, aromatherapy treatments, seaweed wraps, aerobic exercise, yoga, Pilates, hair styling, manicures, pedicures and teeth whitening, as well as a variety of other specialized beauty and body treatments, acupuncture and medi-spa services. The company also develops and sells a variety of high quality beauty products under its Elemis and La Therapie trademarks. It also sells products of third parties, including a variety of products under the Steiner and Mandara names. In addition, it sell Elemis products at a number of department store chains in the United States, England, Scotland, Ireland and other countries.
